Information Stored Locally (Default)

By default, NeoTodo stores all data locally on your device:

• Tasks you create (text, priorities, due dates, icons, colors)
• App settings and preferences
• Dashboard statistics and analytics
• Today's Focus selections

This data never leaves your device unless you enable Cloud Sync.

Information Collected with Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you purchase and enable Cloud Sync, we collect:

• Your task data (to sync across devices)
• Anonymous device identifiers (to link your devices)
• Sync timestamps

Information Collected Automatically

We may collect limited anonymous analytics to improve the app:

• App crashes and error reports
• General usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency)
• Device type and operating system version

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases:

• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made

If you use Cloud Sync:

• Your data is stored securely using Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure
• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Data is encrypted at rest on our servers
• We implement industry-standard security measures

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate the app (e.g., Firebase for cloud sync, RevenueCat for purchase management)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Access and Control

• View Your Data: All your task data is visible within the app
• Edit Your Data: You can modify or delete any task at any time
• Export Your Data: Contact us to request a copy of your data
• Delete Your Data: Delete the app to remove all local data; contact us to delete cloud data

Opt-Out Options

• Cloud Sync: This is an optional paid feature; don't purchase it if you prefer local-only storage
• Analytics: You can disable analytics in your device settings
• Notifications: You can disable notifications in your device settings

Children's Privacy

NeoTodo is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

International Data Transfers

If you use Cloud Sync, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in compliance with applicable laws.
